A case of theft was registered at the Ambamata Police Station that happened in the Hitawala Ki Bari, Fatehpura today. The 12
th such case in the recent past, the thieves stole 10
tola of Gold Ornaments, Rs. 1 Lac cash and 3000 Dirham (Approx. Rs 45 Thousand) from Saifudin Gura’s house.
According to the Police, Gura along with his family had gone out for the evening with his family. Later when they were returned at 10 Pm discovered all the room doors to be forced open and the cash and gold ornaments worth Rs 5 Lac to be stolen.
Saifudin Gura, the victim who is an NRI said, “Thieves may have entered from the backdoor as the front door was too hard to get through because of interlock. The theft was done when we were out of the house between 8.30 PM to 10.00 PM”. The Ambamata Police Station has started investigating on the case.
