Udaipur,07.11.23- Upset with girl friend's engagement with other person a 24 year old youth ends life using explosives here at Masaron ki Obri village of Rishabdeo area of Udaipur Monday evening.

Where at one side police is taking it as a suicide the parents of the deceased man claiming it to be a murder and have also lodged a FIR ( First Information Report) against the relatives of the said girl believing  them to be behind the death of their son. In the report the father of the deceased man claimed that he was being taken away by 4-5 people and was beheaded and his body was than left few meters away his house. 

 They staged a protest outside the local police station and also refused to conduct the postmortem of the dead body till  the accused would be arrested and strict action would be taken against them.

However after a long course of conversation between the officials and the villagers the relatives of the deceased man eventually got convinced following which the postmortem of the dead body was conducted and handed over to his relatives. 

The deceased man who was identified as Nilesh Meena a resident of Masaron ki Obri had committed the act merely 100 meters away from his house by using detonators. He allegedly tied detonators on his body and exploded it , his head got detached from his body. The incident came to light when the people of the area heard the sound of explosion. They immediately rushed to the scene and also informed the police.

Upon getting the information of the incident Station House Officer (SHO) of Rishabdeo police station Mahipal Singh rushed to the scene, soon FSL team was also called on the scene to collect the samples.

SHO Mahipal Singh said that however the father of the deceased man is claiming it to be a murder, he told police that four to five unidentified men took his son Nilesh from the house and beheaded him. While as per the situation it appears that he himself committed the act.

Mahipal said that the case has been registered and the investigation is underway.

Mahipal said that the deceased use to work as a labourer at Udaipur, his father is a farmer and he is having two sisters.

Notably Rishabdeo is having huge number of marble mines where detonators are being used for mining, but detonators are issued to licence holders than how Nilesh managed to get the detonator. However police is investigating the matter thoroughly, the postmodern of the dead body was conducted and handed over to the relatives.
