The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) released the results for the CA Foundation exams today, July 29, 2024 for June session. Candidates can check and download their scorecards from the official ICAI websites: [icai.org](https://icai.org) or [icaiexam.icai.org](https://icaiexam.icai.org). 

To access the ICAI CA Foundation 2024 results, candidates need their exam registration numbers and login credentials. The ICAI conducted the June CA Foundation exam on June 20, 22, 24, and 26.

To qualify for the CA Foundation June 2024 exam, candidates must score at least 40 marks in each paper and achieve a minimum of 50% overall across all four papers. Those who score 70% or more in the exam will be recognized with a "pass with distinction" status.

Follow these steps to check your result

1. Go to [icai.org](https://icai.org) or [icaiexam.icai.org](https://icaiexam.icai.org).
2. Click on the CA Foundation result link on the home page.
3.  Log in using your user ID and password.
4. View and download your result for future reference.

In addition, ICAI has announced a major change in the exam schedule. Starting this year, CA Foundation and Intermediate exams will be held three times annually, up from the previous two attempts. This change, which will not apply to the CA Final exams for now, aims to reduce pressure on students and align with practices of international accounting bodies like ACCA.
