CBSE is yet to finalise the dates for 10th and 12th board examinations
-Many changes in the board exams have been hinted.
-The exams are likely to have more objective type questions and CBSE is likely to opt for an alternative for practical exams.
CBSE has once again clarified that it is yet to finalise the dates for board examination for 10th and 12th standard. Going ahead with this, the education board has also requested people not to believe the dates given by the various social platforms, and that the dates would be announced only on the official site of CBSE.
Whether the exams will get delayed will be finalised soon and it is quite likely that the exams will be delayed as the cases of corona positive patients are rising. If the pandemic is not brought under control, CBSE will take a decision about the dates and also on the pattern of examinations as the students have been unable to have a regular academic session this year.
With the pandemic on the rise, CBSE is likely to make several changes in the mode of examinations and the paper pattern might be based on more of multiple choice questions (MCQs) or the objective types. Also that the board might opt for an alternative for practical exams as the students have not been exposed to lab sessions due to closure of schools in this pandemic era.
The Education Minister said that students will get ample time to prepare for the exams as CBSE is well aware of the stress faced by the students and parents. The dates would be informed at an appropriate time through the official site of CBSE.
