MLSU Students Must Register for ABC Accounts by UGC Directive

Mohan Lal Sukhadia University's (both undergraduate and postgraduate) students need to create an account in the Academic Bank of Credit (ABC). This new rule comes from the University Grants Commission (UGC). The ABC system helps students easily transfer their course credits if they move to a different educational institution. Credits from different courses will be collected in a digital locker, making it simpler to manage and view all their academic records.

What Students Need to Do?

  • Sign Up: Go to the DigiLocker app or website and create an account.
  • Log In:After signing up, log in using your mobile number and Aadhaar number.
  • Verify:Enter the OTP (one-time password) sent to your mobile.
  • Click on "Search Documents.”
  • Go to the Education category and find "Academic Bank of Credit."
  • Choose your university and institution.
  • Click on "Get Documents" to get a QR code.
  • Use the QR Code:You’ll need this QR code for enrollment this year.

Why It Matters?

Without following this process, students might have trouble transferring their credits between institutions. The Vice-Chancellor will ensure everyone follows these new UGC rules.
