National Scholarship Scheme-2024 Applications Open for 12th Board Students
The Ministry of Education has announced the opening of applications for the National Scholarship Scheme-2024. This initiative aims to support students who have completed their 12th Board Examination in Science, Commerce, and Arts streams.
The Board of Secondary Education, Ajmer, has issued a notification detailing the eligibility criteria for applicants. Students need to apply through the Central Scholarship Scheme-2024 portal by October 31.
According to education expert Dev Sharma, students from the General Category in the Science, Commerce, and Arts streams must have scored a minimum of 420 out of 500 (84%) in the Board-2024 examination to qualify for the scholarship.
Furthermore, the scheme includes a 5% reservation for differently-abled students in each category, ensuring inclusivity in educational support.
