Now for every subject PG course will be available...

Madan Mohan Malviya Government Ayurvedic College has received approval for the introduction of six new subjects. As a result, the college will now offer postgraduate (PG) studies in all 14 subjects. It will be the first Ayurveda college in the state to provide a comprehensive range of PG programs. It is worth mentioning that admission to thePG course at Madan Mohan Malviya Government Ayurvedic College is open to five Ayurveda graduates per subject.

Apart from this, there are 10 additional seats available through specified quotas from different regions of the country. Until recently, admissions were limited to 50 seats. However, with the addition of 6 new subjects, the total number of seats has now increased to 80. The National Institute of Ayurveda in Jaipur also offers PG courses in all 14 subjects, albeit as a college under the central government.

The National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) granted approval for subject expansion on Tuesday night at 8:00 PM. By Wednesday, the admission procedures for 5 out of the newly approved 6 subjects had been concluded. Out of the total 14 subjects, 13 have been introduced in this academic session. However, due to a faculty shortage in one subject, admissions could not be conducted, resulting in 5 vacant seats. These vacancies are slated to be filled in the upcoming academic session.
