UGC NET Includes Subject "Ayurveda Biology" in December 2024 Session

The University Grants Commission (UGC) has introduced a new subject, "Ayurveda Biology," for the National Eligibility Test (NET) starting from the December 2024 session. Candidates can select this new subject when filling out the application form for the upcoming December exam.

New Syllabus Available Online

The syllabus for "Ayurveda Biology" is now available on the official UGC NET website - ugcnetonline.in or https://ugcnetonline.in. Applicants interested in the new subject can check the syllabus details online.

Previous Addition: Disaster Management

In June this year, UGC also added "Disaster Management" as a new subject in NET. The UGC NET is held twice a year in June and December through the National Testing Agency (NTA).

UGC NET June 2024 Results Declared

On October 17, 2024, NTA announced the results for the June 2024 UGC NET exam. The results, along with subject-wise and category-wise cut-offs, are available on the official NTA website at ugcnet.nta.ac.in or https://ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
