The shooting for the Bollywood film "Sunny Sanskari ki Tulsi Kumari" is set to begin in Udaipur, from today, September 2,2024. The film, written and directed by Shashank Khaitan, features a star-studded cast including Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor, Maniesh Paul, Sanya Malhotra, Rohit Saraf, and Akshay Oberoi. The cast arrived in Udaipur on Sunday, September 1,2024 to start the project. 

20 Days of Filming at Iconic Udaipur Locations

The film's shooting will span 20 days across various picturesque locations in Udaipur, including the luxurious Raffles Hotel at Udaisagar. A special set has also been prepared inside the hotel for the shoot. Udaipur, known for its stunning lakes and palaces, continues to be a popular destination for Bollywood film shoots, adding another feather to its cap with this production. "Sunny Sanskari ki Tulsi Kumari" is a romantic comedy produced by Karan Johar, set to release on April 18, 2025. 

Udaipur's breathtaking scenery and rich cultural heritage continue to make it a top choice for filmmakers. The city's majestic locations have provided the perfect backdrop for many Bollywood films, and "Sunny Sanskari ki Tulsi Kumari" is the latest to join this illustrious list.

Actors Share Glimpses of Udaipur

After arriving in Udaipur, the actors took to social media to share beautiful pictures of the lake and the hotel. Rohit Saraf posted a picture of the lake, captioning it, "This is home for the next few days." Varun Dhawan also shared photos with co-stars Sanya Malhotra, Maniesh Paul, and Rohit Saraf. Maniesh Paul posted a picture of the hotel's warm welcome and commented on the weather, saying, "If not in Mumbai, it is now raining in Udaipur."
