Auto Rickshaw Drivers honored at Nav-Samvatsar Mahotsav

Akhil Bhartiya Nav Varsh Samaroh Samiti, Nagar Nigam, Alok Sansthan and other organizations commenced the celebrations of Nav Samvatsar-2072 at Fateh Sagar after seeking blessings from Neemach Mata.

Various groups of Gorbandh, Gavri, Ghumar, Panihari, Chang, Morbandh, Khartaal, Classical and Patriotic genre etc. performed at the venue.

To celebrate the traditions of Mewar, turban decorating competition was organized for kids 12 years and less and all the participants were given certificates. The present audience sang Vande Mataram that echoed in the vicinity of Fateh Sagar.

All the organizations behind the celebrations of Nav Samvatsar-2072 honored the auto rickshaw drivers namely Laxmichand Dodecha, Mohammad, Kaan Singh Chundawat, Manju Khatri, Bhagwat Singh Chauhan, Pravesh Kumar Arora, Chandraveer Singh Bhatnagar, Manohar Singh Chauhan, Purushottam Rao, Ayub Khan, Mohammad Aslam Khan, Parasram Acharya and Virendra Salvi.

Dr. Kumawat also informed that on the occasion, letters were signed and oath were taken by many on social issues such as save girl child, educate girl child, cleanliness drive, plan trees, save water etc.
