Idea Jalsa 'Music for the Soul': Travelling Music festival comes to Udaipur

Music lovers of the city will get an opportunity to enjoy the melodious voice of Pandit Ratan Mohan Sharma and Anup Jalota for the largest concert tour of Indian Music, Jalsa ‘Music for the Soul’. The musical concert will take place at Shilpgram tomorrow February 15 from 7.00 p.m. onwards. Entry for the concert is free.

 

Music lovers of the city will get an opportunity to enjoy the melodious voice of Pandit Ratan Mohan Sharma and Anup Jalota for the largest concert tour of Indian Music, Jalsa ‘Music for the Soul’. The musical concert will take place at Shilpgram tomorrow February 15 from 7.00 p.m. onwards. Entry for the concert is free.

The concert, organized by Idea, will feature over 50 genres of Music, with over 100 artistes across 12 cities, and will cover about 30,000 audiences. In Udaipur, Classical Vocal and Devotional singing will be performed by Pandit Ratan Mohan Sharma and renditions of Bhajans and Devotionals will be performed by Anup Jalota.

We are quite delighted to be presenting Idea Jalsa Concert Tour in this scenic, beautiful and majestic city that is rich in tradition.

The artists Pandit Ratan Mohan Sharma, of Mewati Gharana, one of the highest selling devotional singers for gayatri mantra, known for his versatile melodies and Rajasthani folk, and Anup Jalota who needs no introduction, will regale the audiences with their performances.”
