Last night of Cultural Events end with Punjabi Sufi fusion

Hans Raj Hans took over the stage with his mesmerizing Sufi and Punjabi numbers on the last night of the Cultural events that were organized by the Udaipur Municipal Council as a part of the Dusshera Diwali Mela yesterday on 10th Nov. Hans started his performance with a dance group from Jaipur.

Hans was welcomed by the Council’s chairperson Rajni Dangi and Commissioner Satya Narayan Acharya along with all the Ward Councilors.

With a series of Hindi-Punjabi songs viz. Khidmat me Zindagi Di, Garaj Baras Pyasi Dharti, Tera Shehar to Piche, Naina to Hai Rabb Kho Gaya, and a song from his debut film Kachhe Dhage, Khali Dil Nai-ye Jan Bhi hai Mangda, and Jhanjhariya Chankati Gaour. Hans Raj Hans received several rounds of applause from the large crowd that gathered to witness the last day’s event.

Prominent guests of the program were Radhika Laddha, Jamin Bhai, Rajesh Kasera, Pushkar Chouhan, Inder Singh Mehta, Lal Singh Jhala, Shanti lal Pamecha, Shambhu Singh Rathore, Dr. Prashant Agarwal, Takhat Singh Anish Dhingh, Hemant Shrimali and Tejraj Singh.

Rajni Dangi, Satyanarayan Acharya, Mahendra Singh Shekhawat and all the Councilors gave their best wishes to the Udaipurites for Deepawali Festival. The program ended with grand Fireworks.

The Fair, will continue till 13th of this month and people from across and outside the city can enjoy the Mela, informed K.K. Kumawat and Dhanpal Swami.
