48 MDSians selected in Olympiad

48 students of MDS Senior Secondary School achieved success at the Physics, Chemistry and Astronomy Olympiad.

 

48 students of MDS Senior Secondary School achieved success at the Physics, Chemistry and Astronomy Olympiad.

In the first round of Young Scientist Incentive Program, 20 students of MDS and 48 students of classes 1st till 11th were successful at various Olympiad.

Dr. Nidhi Maheshwari, Principal informed that in the Physics Olympiad, Harsh Maheshwari; in Chemistry Sachin Goyal, Charvi Nahar, Pranav Gothwal, Shubhika Jain, Harshit Mandovara, Gargi Agrawal; in Astronomy Sachin Goyal, Charvi Nahar and in Biology Isha Sarupriya gained success.

In the second round, 300 students will participate in the National Level Olympiad in which 35 students will be selected for Orientation cum Selection Camp organized by Homi Bhabha Center of Science Education.

After Orientation cum Selection Camp, the top 4 students will be participating in the 10 day training camp who will be representing India in the final Olympiad.

Resonance’s Center Head Ravi Ranjan and Arun Shrimali and Director of MDS Dr. Shailendra Somani congratulated the selected students and wished them success for the upcoming CBSE Board and IIT-JEE Examination.
