Udaipur's St Paul's School Celebrates National Constitution Day 

The school organized an inter-school event 
 

Udaipur, November 26,2024 - On 26 November 2024, St. Paul's Senior Secondary School, Udaipur, organized an Inter-School Debate Competition to celebrate Constitution Day. The event saw participation from 16 schools. Dr. Jagdish Burman, Joint Secretary of COE, CBSE Ajmer, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. He was warmly welcomed by the school's Principal, Rev. Fr. George K.K., who presented him with a bouquet of flowers. The event started with lighting of the lamp followed by a Prayer Dance.

The Esteemed Panel of Judges Included

  1. Professor Girdhari Singh, Retired Professor of the Political Science Department at MLSU, Udaipur
  2. Ms. Manaswini Sodha, Assistant Professor of Political Science at BN University, Udaipur
  3. Mr. Rahul Roat, Research Scholar, specializing in "Constitutional Issues Regarding Tribals of Rajasthan"

The Topic of the Debate 
"The Constitution of India, adopted in 1949, is a well-worked constitution."

The winners of the Inter-School Debate Competition were - Manas Purohit of MDS School Sector 3 stood first, Jahnvi Sharma of St. Mary's Convent Senior Secondary School, Fatehpura, stood second and Harshal Jain of St. Mary's Convent Senior Secondary School, Teerdi stood Third. Speaking against the motion Aanchal Bedi of Seedling School and Navyana Singh of MDS School Pratap Nagar stood first, Kushi Singh of St. Mary's Convent Senior Secondary School, Fatehpura stood second and Navya Sharma of Neerja Modi School stood third.

The Vote of Thanks was delivered by Sir Deepak Mishra and the overall In-charge was Sir Samuel Francis. The function was carried out by Sir Bernard Bhuriya.
