These matters are slated to be resolved in the Lok Adalat on the upcoming Saturday. According to the data, Udaipur city has total 11853 disconnected connections and 169 electricity theft cases at present.

The Corporation has taken the proactive step of sending notices to consumers falling into both of these categories, specifically targeting 1000 cases related to home connections and 8500 cases associated with disposal. The total sum to be recuperated amounts to 143.54 crore for the permanently disconnected connections and 16.62 crore for cases involving electricity theft.
