Authorities in Udaipur took decisive action July 5,2024 to tackle mismanaged parking issues across the city. At MB Hospital, Traffic Deputy Netrapal Singh, CI Adarsh Kumar from Hathi Pol, and CI Mangilal Dangi of the Municipal Corporation's encroachment prevention team arrived around 1:00 PM to address chaotic parking arrangements. 

Vehicles Removed Outside Shreenath Plaza

Simultaneously, efforts were made to regulate and seize vehicles improperly parked outside shops. A significant number of vehicles were removed from outside Shreenath Plaza, despite the presence of available underground parking facilities. Local businesses were engaged to address the ongoing issue of vehicles occupying public spaces.

In response to persistent challenges, Traffic Deputy Netrapal Singh escalated the matter by petitioning the Municipal Commissioner to prohibit unauthorized parking within the plaza's premises. Later in the evening, at 8:00 PM, the deputy and his team returned to seize vehicles found in violation of the regulations.

Ayad to Subhash Nagar

Elsewhere in the city, additional enforcement actions were taken from Ayad Pulia to Subhash Nagar, targeting vehicles causing obstruction due to haphazard parking practices.
