The Rajasthan state government released the list of promotion and transfer of 75 IPS officers on Monday 13 February, 2023. A total of 8 ADG, 2 Range IG, 15 IG and 22 SP are promoted here and there. Udaipur Range IG Praful Kumar has been transferred to IG Crime (Jaipur). Jaipur’s AD Commissioner, Ajaypal Lamba will serve as IG in Udaipur Range. Kailash Chand Bhishnoi has been appointed as Jaipur’s Additional Commissioner. 

IPS Ravi Prakash Meherda has been promoted to DG Civil Rights and Cybercrime post. Likewise, IPS Janga Shrinivas has been appointed as DG Training post. Dinesh MN served as ACB for four years and now he has been appointed as ADG Cybercrime. 

Jainarayan will be the new IG of Jodhpur. Ranjeeta Sharma will serve as ASP in Udaipur and ASP Ajay Singh of Hanumangarh has been promoted as Deputy Inspector General SSB (Sahastra Seema Bal), Udaipur. 

Similarly, Sudhir Joshi has been given the responsibility of the post of Superintendent of Police in Rajsamand of Udaipur division, Amit Kumar in Pratapgarh, Abhijit Singh in Banswara and Kundan Kunwaria in Dungarpur.
