First royal wedding of 2024 is scheduled to happen in Udaipur next week. Ira Khan, the daughter of Bollywood actor Aamir Khan is tying the knot with her boyfriend, Bollywood fitness trainer Nupur Shikhare. On Wednesday, January 3, 2024 Nupur and Ira had a court marriage in Mumbai. 

Udaipur has emerged as a top choice for destination weddings, not only within the state but throughout the country. Celebrities from Bollywood, politicians, industrialists, and sports figures frequently opt for this picturesque location to celebrate their weddings. In 2023, Udaipur hosted several lavish weddings, including those of cricketer Hardik Pandya, actress Parineeti Chopra, and politician Raghav Chadha. The city attracts a significant number of high-profile weddings, with more than 200 royal ceremonies taking place annually.

Last night, there was a big party at Taj Lands End in Mumbai. Now, on January 8, the couple will have their wedding in Udaipur. Aamir Khan is taking care of all the wedding plans. He will reach Udaipur on January 5 for the events happening at Taj Aravali Resort from January 8 to 10, 2024. 

As per the details, 176 hotel rooms have been booked for the bride and groom's families and guests. Around 250 guests are anticipated to join the royal wedding. Starting on January 7, the families and other guests will begin arriving for the three-day celebration, concluding on January 10. Well-known Bollywood stars such as Salman Khan and his mother, Saira Banu, could attend the grand wedding.
