Udaipur Man Arrested in Baba Siddique Murder Case
Bhagwat Singh allegedly supplied weapon to the killers; total arrested now 10
Udaipur, October 21, 2024 - The Crime Branch of the Mumbai police yesterday made its 10th arrest in Baba Siddique murder case. According to reports, the CBI has arrested a scrap dealer from Navi Mumbai for allegedly supplying weapon to the murderers. He was identified as Bhagwat Singh (32) who originally hails from Udaipur but is currently living in Navi Mumbai.
Singh was produced in court after which he was remanded to police custody till October 26. Police will now interrogate him further about his involvement in the murder conspiracy of the former Maharashtra Minister.
As many as 10 accused have been held so far in connection with the October 12 shooting in which Baba Siddique was killed just outside his MLA son Zeeshan's office at Bandra, Mumbai.
