Baba phoned youth’s mother begging forgiveness

In a latest update on the fake baba, the youth said that baba called up his mother and begged forgiveness. Police is searching for this baba who is still untraceable.

Going ahead with details given by the youth regarding baba’s whereabouts, police reached Kuchaman city on Monday with the youth. The youth gave all details once again to the police after reaching the ashram. He also said that the baba had called up his mother begging forgiveness in this case. As per the youth, baba confessed that he had committed a crime and asked the youth’s mother to forgive him. Baba also said that he did not publicise the video, instead he deleted it. The video was 2 min 40 seconds long but it has not been shared with anyone. He also told the youth’s mother that he would arrange for a good matrimonial alliance for the youth. Baba constantly begged for forgiveness over the phone call.

Police also investigated the ashram and interrogated the villagers of that area. The youth also recognised the villagers in the ashram. A room in the ashram was opened based on youth’s statements but one of the rooms was locked, hence police could not check it. It was observed that many people were against this baba being declared as “mahant”. While inspecting the ashram, police did not find anything suspicious at all. As per police, they can arrest the baba only after they get evidences against him.
