November 27,2024 - The first meeting about the Cheetah Corridor Project will happen on November 29, 2024, in Ranthambore, Rajasthan. This meeting is between the governments of Madhya Pradesh (MP) and Rajasthan.

They formed a joint committee to plan and manage the corridor.The meeting will be led by top forest officials from both states. An expert from the Wildlife Institute of India (WII) will also join.

The committee was set up on November 5, 2024, because a large part of the Cheetah corridor will go through Rajasthan. The goal of this project is to work together to protect wildlife and make the Cheetah Project successful.
