Cold waves grip the city again

Temperatures to dip even more from today onwards.

-Snowfall in the north resulted in a drop in the temperature.

-Spine chilling cold expected in the coming days.

Bidding farewell to 2020 might be quite troublesome as spine chilling cold has been predicted for this year end. Cold waves will continue to disrupt masses as it has started snowing again in the northern region.

With too many fluctuations in the past few weeks, winter is finally picking up speed and the met department says that 2020 will end with extreme cold waves and spine chilling winter will rule the beginning of 2021.

Since the snowfall in Himachal Pradesh on Sunday morning has started showing its effect on the weather of Rajasthan, the temperatures will continue to dip and the minimum temperature is expected to be between 4 to 7 degrees in December end.

Though the maximum temperature was recorded at 27 degrees on Sunday, yet the effect of heat was negligible as cold waves suppressed the heat. The temperature fluctuations will continue but the masses need to be extremely careful. With the pandemic taking yet another toll, it is advised that people stay well covered and follow all the mandates.
