Commercial LPG Prices Go Up From Nov 1
November 1, 204 - A post Diwali revision in the price of commercial LPG has seen a rise in the price of LPG cylinders. Oil Marketing Companies revised the cost across India on November 1, 2024. The hike affects commercial gas cylinders, while their domestic cousins stand unaffected as the price of commonly used 14.2kg domestic cylinder remains unchanged. (Source ANI)
Small businesses and commercial establishments who heavily rely on commercial LPG will be affected as a result of this immediate price hike. The price of the widely used 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder has increased by Rs 62, while the price of the 5-kg Free Trade LPG has increased by Rs 15. The price of the 47.5-kg commercial LPG cylinder has increased by a huge margin of Rs 154.50.
A month ago the increase in these prices was Rs 48.50 for the 19-kg cyclinder and Rs 12 for the 5 kg one. Hotels, restaurants and other establishments who are heavily reliant on the use of commercial LPG, will need to adjust their cost accordingly and the price hike will be passed on to the end clients.
