FMS, Udaipur organized a special lecture on "Happiness and Well Being in Digitized Era"

Mr. Norbu Wangchuk, former Economic Affairs and Education Minister of the Royal Government of Bhutan was keynote speaker in this lecture

 

Special lecture was organized on “Happiness and Well Being in Digitized Era” under the aegis of RUSA 2.0 sponsored Digital Marketing Career Hub

Faculty of Management Studies, Mohanlal Sukhadia University welcomed Mr. Norbu Wangchuk who is the former Economic Affairs and Education Minister of the Royal Government of Bhutan on 15 March, 2023. Faculty of Management Studies, Udaipur organized a special lecture on “Happiness and Well Being in Digitized Era” under the aegis of RUSA 2.0 sponsored Digital Marketing Career Hub in which the keynote speaker was Mr. Norbu Wangchuk.

Mr. Wangchuk shared his noteworthy thoughts on the topic. He said that we are searching for happiness outside but it is believed to be within us. He emphasized youngsters on doing breathing exercises (meditation). He also appealed youth to do whatever they do with full consciousness instead of excessiveness and complete the tasks with happiness. 

Guests welcoming speech was offered by Director FMS Prof.Meera Mathur and Prof. P. K Singh also expressed his views on the topic. Vice Chancellor of Mohanlal Sukhadia University Prof. I.V Trivedi praised Mr. Wangchuk and organizers of the event. 

Marketing Career Hub, Prof. Hanuman Prasad said that the slogan 'Smiling FMS' has been given in the faculty to create an atmosphere of happiness and well-being and today's statement will pave the way for happiness. 

The program was coordinated by Ranu Nagori of the faculty. Dean Student Welfare, Prof.  Manju Baghmar, Dean, Law, Dr. Rajshree Chowdhary, Chairman Law, Dr. Shilpa Seth, Head Accounting Department, Prof. Shuryaveer Singh Bhanawat, BOM Member Shailendra Singh Rao, Prof. Mukesh Mathur, Prof. Kalpana, ISTD Members of Udaipur, members of Institute of Engineers, Solar Observatory and personnel working in other government and non-government institutions were also present in the program.

Apart from this,  Durga Shankar Menaria, Sonu Nagori, Pooja Devija, Neha Nagori, Jyoti Suwalka, Swati Bundi, Gajendra Mali, Riya Garg, Priyanka Chittorda, Ramesh Prajapat, Dinesh, Mamta, Manish were present during the event. 250 students attended the event.
