In the Navratna Complex area, near Dhanshree Vatika and Matrix Apartments, large piles of garbage have accumulated on both sides of the road. During the rainy season, these garbage heaps are becoming breeding grounds for mosquitoes, increasing the risk of seasonal diseases in the area.

Local resident Rajkumar Bagrecha mentioned that until six months ago, the Municipal Corporation's vehicle used to collect the garbage regularly, but the service has since stopped.

Although the area falls under the jurisdiction of the Bhuwana Panchayat and is also considered part of the UDA’s peripheral region, the situation remains unchanged, raising concerns among the residents about the deteriorating sanitary conditions.
