Tourism Department Launches Online Feedback System to Ensure Tourist Safety
Online Feedback System...
In a concerted effort to guarantee a secure environment for tourists, the tourism department, in collaboration with the police, conducted a three-day campaign targeting various tourist destinations. This initiative aims to enhance the overall safety and experience for visitors.
Following the campaign, the tourism department has introduced an online feedback system, allowing tourists to share their experiences and suggestions easily. The feedback form consists of seven questions covering important aspects such as destination information, transportation, amenities and overall satisfaction.
Tourists can conveniently submit their feedback by scanning QR codes strategically placed at tourist destinations across the state. The feedback form includes inquiries about the tourist destination's name, the age of the tourist, information received, mode of transportation, availability of facilities like toilets and water, security, cleanliness, parking, transportation, and an overall rating of the state during the journey.
In addition to QR codes at tourist spots, feedback is also being gathered through hotels and travel agents, expanding the collection points for tourist opinions. This comprehensive approach aims to capture diverse perspectives and experiences.
All submitted feedback forms are centrally monitored from the Jaipur headquarters. This ensures prompt attention to any issues raised by tourists. In case of concerns at a specific destination, relevant departments will be directly informed for swift resolution. To motivate excellence, tourist destinations receiving positive reviews will be showcased as examples.
