The Indian Meteorological Department has issued a rain warning for many districts across Rajasthan for the next three days, ending 13 September. The Mewar region, comprising of Udaipur, Chittorgarh, Rajsamand, Bhilwara, Banswara, Dungarpur and Pratapgarh is expected to receive moderate to very heavy rainfall in certain pockets. 14 September is expected to be largely eventless as far as rains are concerned, in the Mewar belt.

The following table gives the details of Rain and Thunderstorms as they are expected in the district of the Mewar belt. Rajsamand is expected to be content with thunderstorms and lightning, whereas the other districts will experience rainfall till 13 September in varying degree.
