The Met Department has raised a yellow alert for 30 districts in Rajasthan for 24 August. Moderate to heavy rainfall is expected in Ajmer, Alwar, Banswara, Bhilwara, Bundi, Chittor, Dausa, Dhaulpur, Dungarpur, Jaipur, Jhalawar, Jhunjhunu, Karauli, Kota, Pratapgarh, Rajsamand, Sawai Madhopur, Sikar, Sirohi, Tonk, Udaipur, Jalore, Nagaur, and Pali.

Heavy Rainfall is expected in Sirohi, Rajsamand, Pratapgarh, Kota, Jhalawar, Dungarpur, Banswara, Baran and Chittorgarh.

Udaipur and Kota will expectedly receive moderate to heavy rainfall in certain pockets over the next two days, and eastern Rajasthan is expected to enjoy light to moderate rains over the next 5-6 days.
