In a major administrative reshuffle, the government has transferred 22 IAS and 58 IPS officers. This includes changes in the Superintendents of Police (SPs) for 15 districts, along with two Inspector General (IG) ranges. Kailash Bishnoi has been appointed as the Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) after six years, amid concerns regarding corruption in the department.

Despite the large-scale transfers, no changes have been made in districts where seven assembly by-elections are scheduled. Biju George Joseph will continue as the Commissioner of Jaipur.

One of the most significant changes is the appointment of Ajay Pal Lamba as the head of the Jaipur Range, while the Udaipur Range has been entrusted to Rajesh Meena.
