TiE Udaipur Concludes Annual General Meeting with Visionary Plans for 2024-25

The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) Udaipur chapter successfully concluded its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the fiscal year 2023-24, marking a significant milestone in the chapter's commitment to fostering entrepreneurship in the region.

The AGM, held at Leela Palace, was attended by members, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders, where outgoing President, Vinay Rathi, presented the balance sheet for the year 2023-24, highlighting the financial health and stability of the organization. He also reviewed the work done and achievements of the past year, recognizing the efforts and contributions of the TiE Udaipur community.

The meeting was a platform for recognizing outstanding achievements, with several members receiving Appreciation Awards and Super Star accolades for their significant contributions to the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Incoming President, Sandeep Bapna, took the stage to address the house, outlining the vision and goals for TiE Udaipur in the fiscal year 2024-25.

He emphasized the chapter's commitment to enhancing entrepreneurial education, strengthening the startup ecosystem, promoting innovation and technology, and building a strong network of mentors and experts. 

He made few announcement of organizing Global level startup pitching competition for school students, college students, women entrepreneurs, and for startups of Udaipur to provide them mentoring support and funding opportunities.

For 2024-25, TiE Udaipur plans to launch an Incubation/pre-acceleration program with two cohorts, a TiEcon event, and an IIM residential program. The chapter will also focus on investment in startups, with a target of investing up to 1 crore in 4-5 startups.

The AGM also saw the formation of the Executive Committee for 2024-25, with key positions filled by dedicated members of the TiE Udaipur community. Deepak Bhansali was elected as the Vice President, and a team of Special Invitees was appointed to the Executive Committee, bringing together a diverse and experienced group to lead the chapter forward.

President Sandeep Bapna presented the budget for 2024-25 and said "We are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead and are confident that with the support of our Executive Committee and the broader TiE Udaipur community, we will achieve our goals and continue to make a positive impact on the entrepreneurial landscape of Udaipur."

The AGM concluded with a sense of optimism and a shared commitment to the future of entrepreneurship in Udaipur. TiE Udaipur looks forward to another year of growth, collaboration, and success.
