Udaipur's first laser water show at Pratap Gaurav Kendra will start from May 10
The show will be held regularly at Pratap Gaurav Kendra
For the first time ever Udaipur’s residents and tourists will be able to see the water laser show at Pratap Gaurav Kendra. It will be Udaipur’s first laser water show starting from May 10, 2023. People will be able to watch ‘Mewar Ki Shaurya Gatha.’ The show will be 28 minutes long and will be held each day.
On April 9, 2023, this water laser show was inaugurated by Assam Governor Gulab Chand Kataria after which it was said to start from May 5. Due to some technical problems the show was not started on May 5 and after receiving suggestions from the intellectuals of the city, finally the problem has now been solved.
The show has 200 people seating capacity and since the timings of Pratap Gaurav Kendra Museum remains till 6 pm, the laser show can be seen separately. This water show construction took a cost of Rs. 7.5 crore. The laser show will display the saga of Maharana Pratap and parts of the history of Mewar.
From a tourism perspective this laser show will serve great information regarding the history of Mewar. Pratap Gaurav Kendra is a museum of the legends of the Mewar, where Maharana Pratap along with other heroes, heroines, saints, freedom fighters, social reformers are depicted through digital, mechanical, audio-visual and picture-statues.
