At an expenditure of Rs 100 crore, the municipality plans to lay sewer lines in the remaining areas of the city, ensuring efficient waste management and sanitation. A significant aspect of this initiative involves the establishment of a sewage treatment plant with a substantial capacity of 20 MLD, with a dedicated investment of Rs 50 crore.
