Celebrities from Bollywood, politicians, industrialists, and sports figures frequently opt for this picturesque location to celebrate their weddings. In 2023, Udaipur hosted several lavish weddings, including those of cricketer Hardik Pandya, actress Parineeti Chopra, and politician Raghav Chadha.

Special videos have been created and uploaded for this purpose. It is worth mentioning that Rajasthan recently received the Gold Medal for Best Wedding Destination at the 2023 Outlook Traveler Awards. The recognition praised Rajasthan for its heritage, luxurious venues, and royal ambiance. Following this honor, the department initiated online marketing specifically for destination weddings. 

Kumbhalgarh, Ranakpur, and Jaipur are also popular choices for weddings. In addition to Udaipur, places like Kumbhalgarh, Ranakpur, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Ajmer, Jaisalmer and Ranthambore in the state are well-known wedding destinations. These locations feature numerous heritage palaces, five-star hotels, and resorts that enhance the charm of wedding celebrations. With their regal ambiance, people from all over the country opt for these places to make their weddings truly special. Notably, the state has recently witnessed several celebrity weddings, adding to its allure as a preferred wedding destination.
