In Bengaluru, the model Vipra Mehta, hailing from Udaipur, has clinched the prestigious title of Miss Universal Grand India 2023. At just 19 years old, Vipra emerged victorious by outshining 32 models from all corners of the country during the final competition. 

As a result of her win, Vipra is set to proudly represent India at an upcoming international pageant scheduled to take place in Mexico this coming May. This grand event  witnessed nearly 2,000 models hailing from all corners of the nation during the auditions.  This marks a significant milestone, as it is India's inaugural participation in this particular event on the Mexican stage. The Miss Universal Grand India 2023 pageant stands as one of the esteemed beauty contests within the top 10 globally. 

Notably, Vipra had previously achieved a significant milestone by securing a place in the top 100 of Miss India Diva. Vipra Mehta, a dedicated contestant, shared that she dedicated the past two months to rigorous preparation for this prestigious beauty pageant. Her journey to this remarkable achievement has been shaped by four years of modeling preparation and previous participation in approximately six distinct competitions, although, regrettably, she hadn't yet secured a spot in the finals.
