Caryfy Al: Seeking To Empower Long-Term Care Providers

Founder/CEO Anand Chaturvedi is committed to revolutionising the way the current healthcare system works by ensuring compliance, reducing costs and streamlining processes

Meet Anand Chaturvedi, Pioneering Lean Care Coach/Founder-CEO, Caryfy AI, and the visionary behind the revolutionary approach towards healthcare. With a journey spanning over two decades in strategy, healthcare entrepreneurship and technology, Anand is committed to empowering long-term care providers in providing exceptional care to those who need it.
Here, in conversation with UdaipurTimes, the entrepreneur explains his mission to empower care through AI, documentation automation and business mentorship.

UT: You’ve been making waves in the long-term care industry with Caryfy and the Care Pioneers Association. Let us start with Caryfy. What inspired you to create this platform?

Anand: Caryfy, AI’s-first long-term care business automation platform, was created with one key mission: to support care providers… the true heroes of long-term care. These professionals spend too much of their time on administrative work instead of focusing on patients. They are burdened by endless paperwork, which is not what they signed up for when they chose this profession.
Caryfy was designed to change that. It automates documentation, scheduling and compliance tasks, freeing up care providers to do what they do best - deliver high-quality care. It is not about replacing anyone; it is about giving care providers the right tools to manage their time better and prioritise patient care over paperwork.

UT: How does Caryfy stand out from other solutions in the market?

Anand: Caryfy distinguishes itself by focusing on the core problem that care providers face - documentation overload. We know care providers are passionate about their patients, but the reality is that the time spent on paperwork by caregivers, nurses, intake supervisors, schedulers, billers - everyone in that organisation - drains that passion. Caryfy was built to lift that burden, giving them back the time they need to deliver the quality of care they are known for.
Unlike other platforms which address surface level issues like scheduling and billing for one type of business or other, Caryfy is scalable and adaptable across the full spectrum of long-term care services. Whether you are running a small home care business or a larger multi-location senior living operation, it grows with you while staying easy to use. It also helps care providers stay compliant with regulations without extra effort, allowing them to focus on what really matters.

UT: How does the Care Pioneers Association fit into your broader vision?

Anand: The Care Pioneers Association is all about helping care providers take that next step – from being care providers to becoming leaders in the industry. Many of these professionals have incredible care expertise, but they lack the business knowhow needed to scale their operations or navigate the complexities of running a care business.
That’s where the Association comes in. We provide the education, mentorship, and community support they need to grow as entrepreneurs. It’s about equipping them with the tools to lead, not just to manage. These care pioneers will shape the future of the industry, and we are here to help them succeed every step of the way.

UT:  You’re working on your book Care Manifesto. Can you tell us more about it?

Anand: Care Manifesto is a call to action.  The book outlines how doing less of the paperwork—with the help of tools like Caryfy —can restore the focus on quality care. The first edition of Care Manifesto will be a limited edition, available only to members of the Care Pioneers Association. It’s not just a book—it’s a symbol of leadership for those ready to lead the future of care.

UT: AI is central to Caryfy. How do you address concerns that AI might replace the human touch in care?

Anand: It is important to understand that AI is not here to replace the human touch—it’s here to enhance it. Care providers bring empathy, compassion and connection to their patients, and AI cannot replace that. What AI does is support care providers by taking care of the repetitive, time-consuming tasks that pull them away from patients.
With Caryfy handling scheduling, billing, hiring and every part of their daily operations including compliance adherence, care providers can focus on what really matters—patient care. The human touch is not diminished; in fact, it becomes stronger.

UT: What are some of the biggest challenges in the long-term care industry, and how are you preparing Caryfy and the Care Pioneers Association to address them?

Anand: The biggest operational challenge, by far, is documentation overload. This is exactly what Caryfy is built to solve. For the members of the Care Pioneers Association, an existential challenge is learning how to run a business. Most care providers have the clinical skills, but they need help with the business side—managing finances, scaling operations, and building a sustainable practice. That’s where the association offers education, mentorship, and a community that helps them not only survive but thrive in the long-term care industry.

UT: What is next for Caryfy and the Care Pioneers Association?

Anand: For Caryfy, we are focused on global expansion. We’re continuously working on new features. As for the Care Pioneers Association, we are launching an initiative called Pioneers Pathways, which provides care entrepreneurs with the certifications and education they need to scale their care businesses. This initiative is about transforming care providers into industry leaders—the pioneers who will redefine long-term care for the future.

UT: What drives your passion for this work?

Anand: My passion comes from a simple belief: care providers are the unsung heroes of our healthcare system and they deserve to be empowered. They’re doing the real work and we need to give them the tools and resources to succeed, both as caregivers and as leaders. I am motivated every day to help care providers reach their full potential and transform the future of care. I’m excited to continue supporting the heroes of long-term care and watching them lead the charge in transforming this industry for the better.
