MLSU hosts 37 countries at the International CEO Conference; renowned IT Entrepreneur and Civic Leader Frank Islam to visit Udaipur with US delegation
The third edition of the International CEO Conference began today under the auspices of Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, Udaipur. CEOs from 37 countries joined the online edition of the International CEO Conference today under the chair of Prof Amrika Singh, Vice Chancellor of Mohan Lal Sukhadia University.
Representatives from Albania, Argentina, Azerbaijan, Bosnia, Japan, Jordan, Italy, Indonesia, New Zealand, India, UK, Nigeria , Pakistan, Afghanistan, Romania, Turkey, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Egypt, France, Georgia, China, Chile, Colombia, Cameroon, Kosovo, Lebanon, Morocco, Macedonia, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Cyprus, Tunisia and Uzbekistan took part in the online session on the first day.
Prof Singh said that MLSU will soon host Frank F Islam, the renowned IT Entrepreneur, investor, philanthropist and civic leader from the United States as a part of the US Delegation. This interaction will purposefully enhance cooperation in higher education and scientific research. Frank Islam had been a part of the recently conculded 29th Convocation at MLSU, where he joined online and gave his address, which benefitted the participants to a large extent. Frank has given his acceptance to join the US delegation to MLSU in the near future. The delegation will also include Vice Chancellors, academicians and entrepreneurs from several universities.
This visit by the US delegation is expected to create a bridge of dialogue between Sukhadia University and various universities of America. This will surely inspire diverse academic, research innovations and motivate people to join Sukhadia University, said Prof Amrika Singh.
Earlier, Prof. Singh in his inaugural statement emphasised the importance of Indian Vedas in today's education ecosystem. Prof Singh said that Vedic education should be integrated with today's education system, so that knowledge augmentation will be complemented with the groomign of good character in students. The lessons learned from the chapters of the Vedas are also useful in protecting nature. The message of Vasudeva Kutumbakam has been given in the Vedas, which proves to be meaningful in today's time.
The International CEO Conference will be held across 24-25 December. The rector of the conference was Professor PK Singh, Dean of the College of Commerce and the Organizing Secretary of the conference is Assistant Professor Dr. Sachin Gupta. This is the third session of the CEO Conference.
Public relations officer of the University, Dr. P.S. Rajput said that this delegation will have an interaction program with various departments of the university, academicians and dignitaries and students, through which various issues will be discussed and MoU will be signed and this interaction will be fully coordinated by the teachers and students of the university, and will act as a catalyst for the persons joining the University.
