Three Day Chess Tournament Started

Under 25 Chess Tournament jointly organized by Modern Chess School and Ladji Chess School was inaugurated by Mukesh Bhargav (Ad. Dist Judge), Fateh Lal Nagori (Sr. Advocate) at CPS today. This would be a 3 day tournament, where more than 60 participants would be rattling their minds.

 

Under 25 Chess Tournament jointly organized by Modern Chess School and Ladji Chess School  was inaugurated by Mukesh Bhargav (Ad. Dist Judge),  Fateh Lal Nagori (Sr. Advocate) at CPS today. This would be a 3 day tournament, where more than 60 participants would be rattling their minds.

Every student would play against each other in 7 rounds in 3 days (from 20th may to 22nd may 2011.)

Announcement of Winners would be done after the completion of 7 rounds. Last competition would be on 22nd may 2011.

Selected Winners would be awarded:

1st Prize-2500 rs.

2nd Prize- 1500 rs.

3rd Prize- 1000 rs

Every Participant would be given certificate for participation.

On being asked about the objective of organizing such tournament, Palash Shah (Org Secratory) said: “our Motto behind conducting this tournament is to develop interest among students towards Chess.”
