Udaipur, June 24, 2025 - Udaipur’s Cheshta Medatiya will represent Rajasthan in the upcoming National Senior Women's Boxing Championship to be held in Hyderabad (Telangana) from June 27.

Fateh Singh Rathore, Secretary of the District Boxing Association, informed that Cheshta will lead the State in the 65-70 kg weight category. She has earned this spot by delivering an outstanding performance at the State-level championship in which she defeated boxers from various districts.

Ram Narayan Kothari, president of the District Boxing Association, along with the entire executive committee, have extended their best wishes to Cheshta for the national tournament.
