1X claims that NEO is the world’s safest, most affordable and most capable humanoid robot. It can work as a housekeeper — whether it is folding clothes or organising shelves, it completes all tasks in real time. NEO runs on an AI model trained on real-world data.

NEO is equipped with a large language model (LLM), enabling communication and understanding without a screen. Its audio intelligence ensures it listens only when addressed. Its visual intelligence helps it recognise objects and situations.

1X founder Bjørne Bornich said NEO bridges the gap between imagination and reality. Its Chorus feature is especially attractive, giving owners the ability to assign tasks, schedule activities and track performance.
