Chetak Express to Terminate at Rewari on Sept. 2
Udaipur, July 8, 2025 – Owing to technical work on Bridge No. 98-A between Khalilpur and Rewari stations on the Delhi Sarai Rohilla-Rewari rail section under the Delhi division of Northern Railway, a traffic block is being undertaken. As a result, train services on several routes will be affected.
According to information shared by North Western Railway Public Relations Officer Ashok Chouhan, the following train services in September 2025, will be impacted:
Partially Cancelled Trains (from station of origin):
Chetak Express, Train No. 20474, Udaipur City-Delhi Sarai Rohilla scheduled to depart from Udaipur City on September 2 will operate only up to Rewari. Hence, this train will remain partially cancelled between Rewari and Delhi Sarai Rohilla.
Trains with Diversion:
Train No. 19610, Yog Nagari Rishikesh-Udaipur City, scheduled to depart from Yog Nagari Rishikesh on September 2 will run via the diverted route:
Delhi – New Delhi – Palwal – Mathura – Bharatpur – Bandikui – Jaipur.
Owing to this diversion, the train will not halt at Delhi Cantt, Rewari, Alwar and Rajgarh stations.
Train No. 12414, Jammu Tawi-Ajmer, departing from Jammu Tawi on September 2 will follow the diverted route:
Delhi – Delhi Shahdara A Panel – Delhi Shahdara B Panel – Hazrat Nizamuddin – Palwal – Mathura – Bharatpur – Bandikui – Jaipur.
Owing to this diversion, the train will not halt at Delhi Cantt, Gurgaon, Garhi Harsaru, Rewari, Khairthal, Alwar and Rajgarh stations.
Train No. 15014, KathgodamJaisalmer, scheduled for September 2 will follow the diverted route:
Delhi – New Delhi – Palwal – Mathura – Bharatpur – Bandikui – Jaipur.
Owing to this change, the train will not stop at Delhi Sarai, Delhi Cantt, Gurgaon, Pataudi Road, Rewari, Bawal, Khairthal, Alwar and Rajgarh stations.
Train No. 19031, Sabarmati-Yog Nagari Rishikesh, scheduled to depart on September 2 will follow the diverted route:
Jaipur – Bandikui – Bharatpur – Mathura – Palwal – Hazrat Nizamuddin – Tilak Bridge – Shakurbasti – Ghaziabad.
Hence, it will not stop at Alwar, Khairthal, Rewari, Pataudi Road, Gurgaon, Delhi Cantt and Delhi stations.
Rescheduled Trains (from station of origin):
Train No. 12015, New Delhi-Daurai (Ajmer), scheduled for September 3, will depart from New Delhi one hour later than its scheduled time.
Train No. 12957, Sabarmati-New Delhi, on September 2, will depart 2 hours and 40 minutes later than scheduled from Sabarmati.
Train No. 09003, Mumbai Central-Delhi Special, if extended, will depart from Mumbai Central on September 2 with a delay of one hour from its scheduled departure time.
Regulated Trains (at intermediate station):
Train No. 12915, Sabarmati-New Delhi, scheduled to depart on September 2, will be regulated for 30 minutes at Rewari station.
