Entry Fee Revised at Saheliyon Ki Bari After 5 Years
The entry fee for tourists at Udaipur's famous Saheliyon Ki Bari garden has been revised after nearly five years. This popular tourist spot will now also charge Rs 5,000/- for pre-wedding photo shoots. Saheliyon Ki Bari is a well-known attraction, with 1,000 to 1,500 tourists visiting daily. The fee revision is expected to affect a large number of visitors. Saheliyon Ki Bari attracts the second-highest number of visitors in Udaipur, following City Palace.
New Ticket Prices Announced
According to PWD Superintendent Engineer Rajeev Kumar Agrawal, the new charges are as follows:
- Indian tourists: Rs 30/- per person
- Foreign tourists: Rs 150/- per person
- School student groups: Rs 5/- per person
- For pre-wedding shoots, a fee of Rs 5,000/- will be charged for four hours per session.
Previous Charges
Before this change, Indian tourists paid Rs 20/-, and foreign tourists paid Rs 100/- per person. There was no charge for pre-wedding shoots earlier. These rates had been in place since 2019. Prior to 2019, the ticket prices were Rs 10/- for Indian tourists and Rs 50/- for foreign tourists.
