A new rake for the Vande Bharat train reached the City Railway Station on May 10, evening. This fresh rake will serve for a short period, while the older one undergoes maintenance. Sources report the arrival of the Vande Bharat rake from Indore at around 6:20 PM. Currently, the rake with 8 coaches has been stationed in the carriage.

Vande Bharat Train Switches Rakes on Udaipur-Jaipur Route

Railway officials disclosed that the Vande Bharat train has been running on the Udaipur-Jaipur route for approximately eight months. Following regulations, the train is due for extensive maintenance within nine months. Consequently, a new rake has been introduced in Udaipur. With approval from the Railway Board, this new rake will operate on the Udaipur-Jaipur route temporarily. During this period, the previous rake will be sent for maintenance to Delhi.
