Outlook Travel Portal is promoting the branding of Udaipur City across the country and the world. Through this, tourists visiting Udaipur are provided with information about tourist destinations, much like a travel guide. This helps visitors explore palaces, heritage sites, lakes, forests, religious places, and historical civilizations.

Places Mentioned in Portal

The portal specifically highlights destinations like Monsoon Palace, Lake Pichola, Lake Palace, Jagdish Temple, Vintage Car Museum, Bagore ki Haveli, City Palace Complex, Ahar, and the City Palace Museum in detail.

Notably, Outlook had previously ranked Udaipur as the top destination for weddings in its "OT Wedding Wednesday" series, listing it among the seven best places in India to get married in December. Other cities from Rajasthan, including Jodhpur, Jaipur, and Jaisalmer, were also included in this list.

The Tourism Department is marketing the Kaleshwar Mahadev Waterfall: Located about 35 km from the city, the Kaleshwar Mahadev Waterfall is being promoted by the Tourism Department. The promotion includes drone footage showcasing views of the waterfall and surrounding hills, highlighting that this peaceful destination, set amidst mountains and greenery, is one of the best places for a serene trip. Every monsoon season, thousands of tourists visit this spot.

Dekho Apna Desh

Additionally, the department is currently marketing Udaipur with the tagline "Udaipur: A City That Charms" under the "Dekho Apna Desh" campaign. This promotion focuses on the city’s tourist destinations, lakes, monsoon getaways, and the local cuisine enjoyed during the monsoon season.
