Record Visitors at Monsoon Palace and Biological Garden
After Diwali, tourism in Udaipur is booming. The festival, combined with a two-day weekend and a surge of Gujarati tourists, has made the city lively and vibrant.
Popular attractions like Sajjangarh (Monsoon Palace), the Biological Garden, Saheliyon Ki Bari, City Palace, Fateh Sagar, Pichola Lake, and Karni Mata Temple are seeing a significant increase in visitors.
Monsoon Palace
On Sunday, November 3,2024, the Monsoon Palace recorded its highest visitor count for the season, with 3,485 tourists. This influx generated an impressive income of Rs 6,17,201/-. The Biological Garden at Sajjangarh also saw a good turnout, welcoming 1,055 tourists. This visit resulted in an income of Rs 44,402/-.
Many tourists visit Sajjangarh every year. To accommodate the increase in visitors this tourism season, facilities have been expanded, providing better services to the tourists.
