Secunderabad-Udaipur Weekly Special Train Service Extended

In response to increased passenger demand, the railway administration has decided to extend the operation period of the Secunderabad-Udaipur-Secunderabad weekly special train service. This decision aims to enhance passenger convenience and accommodate the additional influx of travellers. Captain Shashi Kiran, Chief Public Relations Officer of the North Western Railway, confirmed this extension.

Route and Halting Stations

The following stations will be served along the route of this rail service: Bolarum, Medchal, Kamareddy, Nizamabad, Basar, Dharmabad, Mudkhed, Nanded, Purna Junction, Basmat, Hingoli Deccan, Washim, Akola, Malkapur, Khandwa, Itarsi, Bhopal, Sant Hirdaram Nagar, Shujalpur, Ujjain, Nagda, Shamgarh, Kota, Sawai Madhopur, Jaipur, Ajmer, Nasirabad, Bijainagar, Bhilwara, Mavli, and Ranapratapnagar.

  • The operation period of train number 07123/07124, the Secunderabad-Udaipur-Secunderabad weekly special rail service, is extended from April 30, 2024, to June 25, 2024 (09 trips) from Secunderabad, and from May 4, 2024, to June 29, 2024 (09 trips) from Udaipur.

  • The train departs from Secunderabad at 23:50 on Tuesday, arriving at Jaipur station at 09:15 on Thursday. Departing at 09:25 the same day, it reaches Udaipur City at 17:45. Similarly, train number 07124 leaves Udaipur City at 16:05 on Saturday, reaching Jaipur station at 23:10. It departs at 23:20 and arrives at Secunderabad at 09:45 on Sunday.

Coach Composition

Comprising a total of 24 coaches, the train will offer a diverse range of accommodations to suit passengers' preferences. These include 1 First Class AC, 2 Second Class AC, 6 Third Class AC, and 10 Sleeper Class coaches. Additionally, amenities such as a Pantry Car and General Class coaches will be available to ensure a comfortable journey for all travellers. 

With its extended operation period, comprehensive route coverage, and varied coach composition, the Secunderabad-Udaipur-Secunderabad weekly special train service is poised to meet the diverse travel needs of passengers. This initiative reflects the railway administration's commitment to enhancing passenger experience and accessibility across regions served by the North Western Railway.
