Udaipur, January 11, 2025 - The weekly Shalimar Express, connecting Udaipur to Kolkata, will now have a temporary experimental stop at Mungaoli station in Ashok Nagar district, Madhya Pradesh.

North Western Railway's Chief Public Relations Officer, Captain Shashi Kiran, informed that Train No. 20971 Udaipur-Shalimar Express will halt at Mungaoli station from January 11, 2025, to July 9, 2025, with arrival at 10:43 AM and departure at 10:45 AM.

Similarly, Train No. 20972 Shalimar-Udaipur Express will halt at Mungaoli station from January 13, 2025, to July 11, 2025. It will arrive the next day after departing from Shalimar station at 6:10 PM and depart at 6:12 PM.

Passengers traveling along this route are encouraged to take advantage of this new stop. Further updates regarding the service will be announced based on the trial results.
