Tourism in Udaipur | Vintage Car Rally at Udaipur on 14 March

 

A vintage car rally is being organized on Saturday, 13 March at Udaipur under the auspices of Registhan Tours from Udaipur and FCM from Delhi.

The car rally will comprise of 36 tourists who have come from various parts of India and are visiting the Aravalli region. These guests are also participating in a conference organized by ZOTAC Gaming, a multinational corporation specializing in Graphic Cards, which are used on gaming platforms.

Speaking to UdaipurTimes, Lokendra Rathore from Registhan said that over the last one year the COVID pandemic has affected the core industry of Tourism in Udaipur. With guests coming into the region as a part of campaigns run by Registhan, the idea behind the vintage car rally is to announce that Udaipur is once again open to safe tourism. Registhan is in the travel business since 1989 with offices across Rajasthan.

In order to create a unique experience, the vintage car rally comprising of 7 vintage cars and 5 jeeps will traverse across Udaipur from 9am tomorrow morning. The rally will be flagged off at Trident. The vehicles will drive through Rani Road till Pratap Gaurav Kendra with a brief stopover at Rajeev Gandhi Park. Once at Pratap Gaurav Kendra, the group will indulge in the Udaipur Helicopter ride and then drive back to Trident on the same route.
