The company says that this years list goes beyong the traditional well known vacation spots and uncovers hidden gems and fresh experiences shared by their Card members, especially the Millenials nd GenZ. Amex Travel adds that when a traveler yearns for added adventure and looks at places to beat the crowd, this list if ideal.

Methodology:

As per the company, American Express Travel’s 2024 Trending Destinations are selected based on global American Express Card Member bookings through American Express Travel, looking at year-over-year travel growth between 2019 and 2023.
