Udaipur, December 14, 2024 - Owing to the ongoing technical work by the West Central Railway, the routes of several trains have been altered. As a result, trains passing through Kota will halt at Sogaria railway station for a few days.

This includes the train service operating between Udaipur and Shalimar. Captain Shashi Kiran, chief Public Relations Officer of North Western Railway, informed that train number 20971, Udaipur-Shalimar Express, which will depart from Udaipur on January 4, and train number 20972, Shalimar-Udaipur Express, which will depart from Shalimar on January 5, will operate on an altered route via Gudla-Sogaria. As part of this route change, these trains will halt at Sogaria railway station instead of Kota.
