Akhand Paath, Shabad Echoed in Gurudwara on Baisakhi

Baisakhi was celebrated today in Udaipur with zeal and enthusiasm. Gurudwaras in the city were decorated lavishly and Akhand-Paath was also organized on the occasion.

Tej Raj Singh Robin, President of Sach Khand Darbar Gurudwara at Sikh Colony informed, “The Akhaand Paath Saheb concluded in the evening at 7.15. The first Deewan started from 7.30 am which concluded at 9.30 am. The second Deewan started at 10 am where Gyaani Ajeet Singh threw light on life of Gurudev.

The group led by Jasbeer Singh, Ludhiana conducted Shabad Kirtan. A blood donation was also organized where 101 unit bloods was donated by youngsters of Sikh community. Langaar was also organized which started early in the morning.”

AkhandPaath, ShabadKirtan and Langar were also organized at Gurudwara, Sector 11 and Shastri Circle on the occasion of Baisakhi.

Many institutes and schools conducted various cultural events on Baisakhi where kids and youngsters participated in different programmes.

Special arrangements were made at every Gurudwara for the occasion.
